Alternate Pain Care Workshop in Tunkhannock

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Alternate pain care will be explored at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 3832 SR 6, Tunkhannock on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm,  

Speakers will provide information regarding alternative ideas and ways to care for yourself when you are in pain from an accident or mental or physical impairment.  People will be available to speak to privately throughout the day as well as speaking to the folks present at certain times.  Some speakers will attend to the spiritual wellness of individuals with ideas and techniques to reduce stress and pain. 

The speakers and topics include the following:

Centered Heart of Wellness: During the transitions in life, pain and stress cause congestion and/or blocks to our energy system. Through Healing Touch in a heart centered and intentional way, I clear and balance your energy system to enhance and support your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and healing.  Everyone will receive a small gift and there will be a drawing.  Gail Ide, BSN, RN
